Terms & Conditions for Domestic Tour

 

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s India Asia Tours.

Booking: On confirmation of booking with M/s India Asia Tours. Booking will start process once the advance payment is received in M/s India Asia Tours account.

Payment Policy:
• Once the booking is done, you need to do 100% payment 15 days prior the tour start.
• If travel is 1 month after booking, you need to do 50% advance payment at the time of booking and remaining amount 15 days prior the tour start.
• If you don’t pay full amount before 15 days oftour start, your booking will be cancelled.
• If travel date is 2 or 3 months after booking, you need to pay 30% advance paymentand 20 % before 1 month and rest of the amount 50% to be pay before 15 days of travel date.
• If you don’t pay before 15 days before the travel date, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• If your booking iscancelled, amounts as per the following slabs shall be forfeited by the organization.
• 0-15 Days from date of departure 100% of tour cost. (NO REFUND)
• 16-30 Days from date of departure 50% of tour cost.
• 31-90 Days from date of departure booking amount.
• The amount paid as per the before-mentioned timelines shall be non-refundable

Mode of Payment:
Clients can make payment using any of the following methods: -
• By Cheque / Demand Draft
• By Bank Transfer
• By QR Code

Note:
• All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
• Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
• In case of payment though QR code – if same is done using credit/ debit card then the applicable bank charges are to be borne by payer.

Mandatory Identification Document:
It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID proof at the time of booking. Documents as per details given below are applicable for different categories:
• For foreign nationals – Passport Copy (6 months valid) + Visa copy.
• For Non-Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – Passport Copy (6 months valid)
• For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card –Passport Copy (6 months valid) and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.
• For domestic clients – copy of Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.

Force Majeure:
India Asia Tours and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall not be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, pandemic, epidemics, outbreak of disease or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of India Asia Tours.
India Asia Toursand client (you)– both shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms and conditions of use given hereunder, shall again become fully operative.
However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve India Asia Tours and client (you) of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.

Jurisdiction Clause:
All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to Manipur High Court only.
